What you'll do

• Source candidates through the communication methods and platforms used
• own assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer
• arrange and attend recruitment meetings and interviews
• follow up with active candidates, manage no-shows, reschedule, and re-engage candidates
• meet outreach, screening, and pipeline activity targets
• identify pipeline bottlenecks and adapt approaches
• update recruitment systems
• advertise positions
• liaise with external agencies and partners
• collaborate with Operations and HR on candidate drop-off and early attrition patterns
• support talent attraction and selection strategies.
