The Lead Appliance Installer role is onsite in Selbyville, DE, with local or out-of-state travel required. Pay is $28–$32 per hour, based on experience. Appliance Distributors Unlimited supplies appliances and installation solutions to customers across the Mid-Atlantic region. The lead installer performs and oversees residential and commercial appliance installations, mentors installation team members, and coordinates with customers and trade partners. The role helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and manufacturer standards.

What you'll do

• Perform appliance installations
• oversee installation projects and lead, train, and mentor team members
• coordinate with team members, supervisors, clients, contractors, vendors, and trade partners
• ensure work meets safety, quality, company, and manufacturer standards
• troubleshoot installation issues
• handle and transport appliances, load and unload trucks, and maintain a clean work environment and professional customer experience.

Why this role
