The Operational Technology Compliance Engineer role is an onsite position based in Mission, TX. Compensation is specified as $122,400 - $154,000 per year, supporting power plant operations. This role ensures Constellation adheres to all applicable generation regulatory compliance requirements, including NERC CIP and NERC Operations and Planning. The engineer interfaces with various departments to maintain compliance and improve processes.

What you'll do

• Perform advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of Power plant operations.
• Ensure Constellation adheres to all applicable generation regulatory compliance requirements, including but not limited to NERC CIP for medium impact BES Cyber Systems and NERC Operations and Planning.
• Interface with groups throughout the organization including Power, IT, Engineering, and Corporate Security.
• Develop a strong technical understanding of the generation regulatory rules.
• Recommend corrective actions to address inadequacies as discovered, while ensuring cross-functional and cross-team alignment of processes and procedures to ensure future compliance.
