The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time position in Bloomfield, CT, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. ABA A Step at a Time Care is a parent-founded, clinician-led company focused on evidence-based, outcomes-driven care for children. The technician delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home, school, or community settings, implementing plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role supports client progress by collecting data, collaborating with families and team members, and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
