Operations Controller

Job overview

The Operations Controller role is in-office in Lenexa, KS, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year and a Monday–Friday schedule. The controller manages accounting activity for assigned accounts and assists the Regional Controller with regional financial operations. The role supports sound financial oversight through reconciliations, analysis, forecasts, budgets, reporting, inventory controls, and payroll and human resources administration.

What you'll do

• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts
• analyze financial results
• track monthly profit-and-loss and balance-sheet activity
• develop forecasts and budgets
• review general ledger and balance sheets
• resolve accounting and reconciliation issues
• prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and support close and audits
• maintain inventory and cost controls
• administer payroll and human resources.
