The position supports Rise Up Restaurants’ Wingstop operations team, helping its growing restaurant portfolio and leaders perform effectively. The role exists to keep restaurant operations and related projects organized through performance reporting, systems and technology support, new restaurant setup, and coordination across operational priorities.

What you'll do

• Track and analyze restaurant performance data and reporting
• work across operational systems
• support new restaurant openings with system and account setup
• manage restaurant technology, equipment, and system access
• coordinate leadership events and manager travel
• support operational investigations, refunds, and chargebacks
• manage SWAG inventory and track local marketing spend
• help coordinate community events and local marketing
• partner with Operations leaders on projects and priorities.
