What you'll do

• Build relationships with referral sources, local professionals, and community partners
• follow up with leads
• conduct community tours

• develop marketing materials, outreach plans, and events
• complete at least five outreach visits per week
• monitor the local senior living landscape
• collaborate on marketing and census strategies
• assist with admissions paperwork
• train team members on marketing and tours
• prepare marketing and census reports.
