Lead Business Analyst — Housing Digital Transformation

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

• perform gap and impact analysis
• collaborate with architecture, development, QA, production support, and business teams
• support system, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing
• validate application changes
• demonstrate functionality
• develop training materials and support training
• maintain process documentation and procedures
• review help desk issues
• participate in Agile Release Train and sprint/status meetings
• coordinate delivery activities and track progress.
