Bowling and Events Customer Service Associate

The Bowling and Events Customer Service Associate role is onsite in Concord, CA. Compensation is $19–$20.75 per hour, and the position is part-time at 20–25 hours per week. The role supports Round One Entertainment's Bowling and Events department. The role exists to provide customer service and support bowling and event operations. The associate processes payments and lane assignments, assists with parties and events, answers inquiries, conducts sales, maintains equipment and activity areas, and completes opening and closing tasks.

What you'll do

• Operate the point-of-sale system, collect payments, and allocate bowling lanes
• lend facility equipment
• promote and conduct marketing events under Bowling Management direction
• reset and clean activity areas
• check equipment and perform generic maintenance and repair
• complete opening and closing procedures
• handle cash tills, membership cards, and coupons
• answer general inquiries
• conduct sales and inventory procedures
• assist with party reservations and event hosting
• respond politely to customer requests.
