What you'll do
- Develop onboarding materials with Operations Excellence
- onboard LPNs and MAs
- deliver ongoing education and annual competencies
- support clinical vendor relationships
- represent clinical operations on the patient safety committee
- conduct clinic audits
- support clinical escalations
- mentor lead staff and trainers
- standardize workflows
- support coaching and performance reviews
- drive screening, vaccination, and triage programs
- develop clinical policies and procedures.
