The work helps the Operations teams meet hiring targets and move candidates through the process.

What you'll do

• Contact candidates at high volume using established leads
• discuss staffing needs with hiring managers
• explain assigned roles and team culture
• verify candidates’ basic required skills
• initiate and facilitate background and DOT/MVR checks
• support candidate experience through start date
• meet role-specific hiring metrics and KPIs.
