What you'll do

• Provide activities of daily living and personal care according to the care plan
• assist with mobility, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and companionship
• remind clients about self-administration of medication but do not administer medications
• document services and shift details
• follow safety precautions and report changes in client condition
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
