IEP Case Manager, Middle School

The IEP Case Manager, Middle School role is onsite in Lafayette, TN. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. Pediatric Developmental Services partners with public school districts, charter schools, and communities to provide qualified educators and pediatric therapists. The case manager develops and manages individualized education programs, coordinates services, and monitors student progress. The role supports students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs and helps coordinate transition planning for middle and high school students.

• Write, update, and manage IEPs according to Tennessee Department of Education requirements
