• own product messaging, positioning, competitive research, and sales enablement across print and digital products
• guide brand standards, creative production, executive communications, public relations, social channels, and reputation management
• manage project intake and team capacity using monday.com
• drive HubSpot automation, tracking, and attribution
• deliver monthly executive reports on ROI, delivery performance, and business impact.
