What you'll do

• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, lessons, and routines
• support children during learning, transitions, meals, rest, and outdoor play
• encourage positive social interactions and age-appropriate independence
• maintain a clean, organized, safe classroom
• prepare and clean materials and activity spaces
• supervise indoor and outdoor activities
• participate in classroom projects, school events, and team initiatives
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations
• communicate with team members and families when appropriate.
