What you'll do

• Manage hiring steps, schedule interviews, recommend top candidates, and follow up with applicants who are not selected
• post openings on major job boards
• identify and recruit agents through calls, emails, events, and other communication
• establish a repeatable candidate sourcing and vetting process
• and maintain private, organized applicant and interview records. A bachelor’s degree and two years of real estate recruiting or inside sales experience are required.
