What you'll do

• Walk the property and remove litter, debris, and pet waste
• maintain grounds and common areas
• remove trash and clear vacated units
• transfer items to dumpsters or storage
• sweep and detail the property
• maintain sidewalks and walking areas
• check and replace exterior lighting
• clean and maintain pools as directed
• perform routine maintenance and minor service requests
• distribute resident notices
• follow safety precautions and company policies
• notify supervisors when tasks cannot be completed.
