This role supports the alternative education program at Ombudsman Educational Services, a division of ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education. This role exists to lead the instructional process for elementary students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher designs personalized learning experiences, delivers targeted instruction, and creates a classroom climate that emphasizes social development and personal accountability to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

• Implement PBIS strategies.
• Manage student caseloads.
