What you'll do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities
• encourage participation
• escort residents on off-property activities as assigned
• help register residents for trips and programs
• conduct activities under the Life Enrichment Director’s direction
• maintain activity supplies
• gather resident interests and feedback
• observe residents and share relevant information with staff
• follow budget guidelines, training requirements, safety practices, and company policies.
