What you'll do

• Contact individuals who requested information or engaged with the firm
• schedule and confirm Retirement Blueprint Reviews and consultations
• conduct approved follow-up by phone, text, and email
• assist with assessments and fact-finder completion
• maintain CRM records
• provide approved educational resources and explain next steps
• support webinars, seminars, masterclasses, and other engagement activities
• participate in training and coaching.
