What you'll do

• Open and sort mail and checks
• scan and upload checks
• prepare and deposit checks for more than 60 accounts
• mail checks to clients
• enter data and generate files for system upload
• provide stop-pay and positive-pay backup
• reconcile report discrepancies
• code data for financial systems
• review and correct computer reports
• answer questions about accounts, procedures, and services.
