What you'll do

• Develop and execute lead-generation programs
• conduct outreach to target accounts and senior decision-makers
• identify site-selection projects through campaigns, research, call trips, trade shows, and conferences
• maintain a qualified pipeline
• prepare pitch decks, briefings, proposals, and presentations
• build relationships with industry and economic development stakeholders
• develop knowledge of sector trends and corporate growth strategies
• travel frequently in and out of state.
