What you'll do
- Support daily living skills and activities of daily living
- provide hands-on support for therapeutic activities
- work with small groups on skills and meaningful activities
- follow individualized plans and safety protocols
- support community relationships and activities
- provide transportation in organization vehicles
- maintain facility cleanliness and safety
- and complete daily documentation and progress notes.
