Junior Cyber Operator / Developer / Analyst

The Junior Cyber Operator / Developer / Analyst role is onsite in Columbia, MD; compensation is $140,000–$185,000 per year. The role supports Intezra’s cyber and AI/ML contracting work, including projects for the intelligence community; an active TS clearance with CI Poly is required. The position analyzes networks and systems, supports cyber operations, and contributes to tools, workflows, and technical reporting. It helps technical teams assess infrastructure, execute project activities, and identify and mitigate technical risks.

What you'll do

• Analyze network infrastructure and computer systems
• apply enterprise network and telecommunications knowledge to cyber operations
• analyze network traffic using tools and protocols such as TCP/IP, tcpdump, and Wireshark
• research and assist with developing tools and operational concepts
• analyze scripts, binaries, and source code
• document tools and prepare technical reports
• support project planning and execution
• identify technical risks and assist with mitigation.
