What you'll do

• Coordinate and prioritize crew schedules and assign tasks
• perform preventive maintenance and construction on modular buildings, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and cleaning
• monitor productivity, quality, and safety
• maintain production records, tools, supplies, and work areas
• participate in safety meetings and training
• mentor crew members
• support efficiency and cost-reduction improvements
• act as backfill for other leaders when needed.
