Industrial Powder Coating Technician

What you'll do

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, masking, plugging, and hanging
• set up and operate powder-coating equipment and spray guns
• apply coatings consistently
• adjust equipment settings and application techniques
• monitor curing and verify temperatures and times
• inspect finished parts and perform touch-ups or rework
• follow work orders, drawings, and specifications
• maintain production and quality records
• clean equipment and work areas
• handle coating materials safely
• and meet production and safety standards.
