What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• manage governance, status reporting, and decision tracking
• coordinate Smithsonian offices, vendors, and stakeholders
• monitor schedule, scope, budget, and performance
• facilitate meetings and document decisions
• coordinate migration and Cloudflare deployment activities
• track testing, security reviews, and operational readiness
• and support communications, change management, risk mitigation, and transition to steady-state operations.
