What you'll do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, apartments, and rental homes
• clean and sanitize common spaces and record completion
• coordinate with the hospitality team on arrivals and departures
• manage and organize housekeeping supplies
• communicate about guest needs and facility maintenance
• respond to client requests
• report maintenance issues
• suggest improvements to efficiency and guest experience
• follow procedures and safety protocols.
