What you'll do

• Review guaranteed arrivals and verify credit cards
• ensure day-use rooms are listed correctly for housekeeping
• explain promotional items and hotel amenities
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• offer alternatives when requests cannot be met
• cover other hotel areas as needed
• document accidents and maintenance complaints
• maintain a clean, organized front desk
• greet guests warmly.
