What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage warehouse and inventory staff
• maintain inventory records
• track incoming shipments with Purchasing/Buying
• coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts
• address damaged, excess, or unused items
• manage inventory logs
• resolve inventory issues with internal and external customers
• improve inventory and space efficiency
• implement 5S
• track operational goals and KPIs
• stage and return materials for production
• coordinate facility repairs and maintenance
• implement safety procedures and develop SOPs and training materials.
