The role also supports estimating and additional work so projects are executed safely, accurately, and on time.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple scopes from project setup through closeout
• coordinate project files, drawings, materials, and correspondence
• manage submittals, budgets, and schedules of values
• review RFIs for cost and schedule impacts
• prepare and track extra work orders
• reconcile time-and-material work
• prepare billings and retention documentation
• perform takeoffs and estimates
• obtain pricing and purchase materials
• prepare proposals
• participate in safety meetings and planning meetings
• coordinate with clients and field and office teams
• travel occasionally to support projects outside the local area.
