- support facility liaisons and admissions teams
- identify referral opportunities and partnerships
- monitor referral trends, conversion rates, and competition
- coordinate admissions with facility capabilities
- follow up on referrals
- visit facilities and coach admissions and marketing staff
- represent the organization at meetings and community events
- report goals and performance metrics.
