Concrete Estimator — Industrial Division

What you'll do

• Develop detailed estimates from drawings, specifications, site information, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop labor, production, material, and equipment costs
• evaluate construction methods, sequencing, access, and risks
• price related scopes
• solicit and review subcontractor and supplier proposals
• prepare bid clarifications and proposal deliverables
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• collaborate on integrated estimates and schedules
• and support project handoff and preconstruction.
