What you'll do

• Prepare invoices and process payments
• support accounts receivable and AIA, progressive, and milestone billing
• review purchase orders with project managers and sales staff
• apply payments to customer accounts
• enter financial transactions in Vision
• maintain organized files for invoices, contracts, job documents, and correspondence.
