The Controller role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, and compensation is $130,000–$165,000 per year. The position leads the Finance & Accounting function at 3D Glass Solutions and reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The Controller owns accounting integrity, financial reporting, and the internal-control environment while leading the accounting team. The role provides technical accounting leadership and supports the company’s growth through audit management, capital and tax planning, financial systems, and reporting to executives, the board, and investors.

What you'll do

• Own the accounting function and financial-reporting strategy, retaining accountability for close accuracy and timeliness. Build and lead the accounting organization. Set technical accounting policy for revenue recognition, standard costing and inventory valuation, and R&D and tooling costs. Design internal controls and risk-management strategy, including future SOX readiness. Research complex accounting issues and draft position papers. Lead external audit relationships
• partner with the CFO on fundraising due diligence, equity accounting, banking, and investor and board reporting. Own tax strategy with outside advisors. Lead ERP and financial-systems evaluation and implementation. Develop financial reporting packages, KPIs, and accounting policies
