Description
The role of the Apartment Superintendent is to supervise property maintenance and facilities operations. The Apartment Superintendent works a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., which may require some travel. The Apartment Superintendent reports directly to the Area Maintenance Supervisor.
