The Accounts Receivable / Order-to-Cash Analyst is an onsite corporate role in Tampa, FL, with responsibilities spanning GenServe’s U.S. operations. Compensation is not specified. Accurate invoicing, cash application, issue resolution, and cross-functional process improvements support timely collection and stronger operating controls.

What you'll do

• Generate and validate customer invoices
• process billing and maintain accounts receivable records and aging
• reconcile sub-ledger activity to the general ledger
• coordinate with customer accounts-payable teams and manage procurement portals
• resolve billing disputes and documentation requests
• follow up on past-due balances, apply cash, and report collection metrics
• diagnose process issues, support improvement projects, document procedures, coordinate across teams, and use ERP/CRM platforms and Excel for analysis and reporting.
