Performance Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Own paid media strategy and daily management across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other self-serve platforms
• lead campaigns from creative brief through launch, remarketing, and reporting
• integrate AI into campaign processes
• optimize landing pages and conversion rates with web and lifecycle teams
• report on CAC, ROAS, CPL, pipeline contribution, and channel efficiency
• develop audience and targeting strategies
• support paid-media operations and align paid media with SEO/AEO/GEO.
