What you'll do

• Resolve Windows and Mac workstation operating system issues, printer issues, standard business application issues, common line-of-business application issues, and basic desktop networking problems
• answer incoming client Quick Fix calls
• support application troubleshooting, PC deployments and imaging, user profiles, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and business applications.
