What you'll do

• Create customized learning products, learning objectives, assessment plans, lesson plans, scenarios, and learning activities
• apply the ADDIE process and adult learning principles
• review instructional methods
• ensure accuracy, educational structure, tone, and consistent language
• collaborate with subject matter experts, training developers, project leads, program managers, and stakeholders
• support just-in-time training and identify e-learning opportunities.
