The RN provides patient-centered care by assessing patients, administering prescribed treatments, documenting care, and coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The role also educates and advocates for patients and families to support positive clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess patients on admission and during shifts
• identify and report changes in condition
• perform ordered nursing procedures and monitoring
• administer prescribed medications and monitor responses
• document assessments, interventions, medications, and care
• respond to patient requests
• collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• educate patients, families, and caregivers
• advocate for patients and families.
