What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold the Business Development team and Graphic Designer accountable
• manage workflows, assignments, priorities, approvals, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate campaigns, product initiatives, member communications, creative development, brand consistency, and delivery of marketing assets across channels. Monitor campaign performance and analytics with the Senior Marketing Data Analyst
• manage invoices, inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination. Support SEG development, sponsorships, community partnerships, outreach, events, and business growth initiatives.
