What you'll do

• Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and job-site coordination
• help manage subcontractors, field crews, and logistics
• support OSHA and company safety compliance
• monitor and document quality control
• maintain daily logs, reports, and project documentation
• participate in project meetings
• help resolve field issues
• contribute to punch-list completion and project closeout.
