What you'll do

• Plan, control, and direct property operations
• maintain resident relations
• manage properties under HUD and IRS program guidelines
• meet financial and compliance objectives
• oversee personnel training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, capital improvements, and reporting
• support marketing and listing updates
• prepare annual budget materials and monitor expenditures and forecasts
• and support the Investment Manager.
