What you'll do

• Assist with maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment
• perform routine maintenance, preventative care, and inspections
• respond to staff and resident maintenance requests
• support safety and compliance efforts involving fire alarms, emergency lighting, and OSHA standards
• help maintain facility grounds and equipment
• assist with vendor and contractor visits and inspections
• keep records of maintenance activities and supply usage.
