Description

Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting and transfer techniques. Observe and report changes in residents physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
