What you'll do

• Identify and secure land acquisition opportunities throughout Ohio
• generate leads and nurture provided warm leads
• build relationships with landowners and present offers
• negotiate terms and close transactions
• monitor market trends, competitor activity, and land values
• track leads and deals in the CRM
• prepare documentation and handle related administrative tasks.
