What you'll do

• Build understanding of business strategy, operations, financial drivers, customers, workforce, and growth priorities
• advise senior leaders on workforce, talent, organizational, and leadership matters
• translate business priorities into people strategies
• lead workforce planning and talent reviews
• assess capabilities, capacity, critical roles, and talent gaps
• coach leaders on team development, performance, and leadership effectiveness
• support organization design and change
• use workforce and business data to identify risks and opportunities
• coordinate expertise across HR functions.
