What you'll do

• Plan and supervise transit planning and grant activities
• establish work plans, deadlines, and performance expectations
• coach and evaluate staff
• prepare and review grant applications, budgets, scopes, schedules, and certifications
• maintain grant files, registers, and calendars
• track reporting, milestones, expenditures, and closeouts
• support National Transit Database and TxDOT reporting
• coordinate grant-funded procurement
• represent Valley Metro at agency and stakeholder meetings
• coordinate planning outreach and mobility materials
• track corrective actions.
