Sales Manager, Ice Solutions

What you'll do

• Lead daily commercial sales activities
• coach and develop territory sales representatives
• monitor KPIs, forecasting, and CRM compliance
• develop sales strategies
• execute the national retail sales strategy
• pursue retailer, distributor, and buying-group partnerships
• lead buyer presentations and negotiations
• develop pricing, promotions, merchandising, and launch plans
• build sales processes and retailer support
• recruit retail sales staff as the business grows
• manage strategic retail opportunities
• represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings
• collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
